All Round Operator - Northern Star Surface Mining

We are actively seeking experienced All-Round Operators for our Gold Field Operations, working a 2/1 roster (rotating ayshifts and nightshifts) flying in and out of Perth.

Here’s what awaits you:

• Operate D10 Dozer, Grader, Large Wheel loader and or Batter Excavator in a open pit production enviroment.

• Complete pre-start checks, monitor equipment performance, and report any defects or safety issues.

• Operate multiple pieces of equipment across different tasks such as loading, hauling, stockpile management, road maintenance, and pit development.

• Maintain safe dig and dump areas, ensuring compliance with mine plans and traffic management procedures.

• Liaise with supervisors, dispatch, and other operators to achieve production and safety targets.

• Contribute to a strong safety culture by following site procedures, hazard controls, and environmental standards.

• Assist in mentoring less experienced operators and support a team-focused work environment.

• Accurately record production data and communicate effectively during handovers.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.

• Proven experience operating in a production mining environment.

• Versatility across multiple equipment types such as dozers, graders or loaders.

• Strong commitment to safety, with sound knowledge of mine site procedures and traffic management.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing operational requirements.
