EMEA Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Role location: This position can be based in Warsaw, Poland, or Barcelona, Spain.
The Responsibilities:
• Conduct regulatory assessments and ensure compliance of raw materials and the mixtures made from them
• Create, maintain, and continuously update product and raw material specifications
• Handle internal and external inquiries about the product portfolio, especially regarding regulatory questions
• Assist in the preparation, implementation, and management of Halal and Kosher certifications
The Requirements:
• Completed scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, Food Chemistry, or Food Technology)
• First work experience in Regulatory Affairs or food law is an advantage
• Confident user of MS Office, ideally with SAP experience
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken is mandatory
• Structured and careful working style with a strong sense of quality
• High reliability, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Strong team skills and good communication abilities
• High commitment and flexibility in daily work
