FIFO Casual Site Administrator - Maintenance

As the Site Maintenance Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our maintenance operations while ensuring accurate records, reporting and workforce documentation are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and maintaining timesheets, rosters and personnel records

• Coordinating travel, flights and mobilisation requirements

• Raising and managing purchase orders, job orders and invoices

• Supporting maintenance scheduling and work order administration

• Data entry, document control and record management

• Assisting site leadership with operational administration requirements

• Building strong working relationships with site teams and key stakeholders

The Person

• A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments

• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration

• Exposure to maintenance, facilities management, construction, mining or trades-based environments

• Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills

• The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• FIFO experience highly regarded but not essential

• Current C Class Driver's Licence

• White Card preferred

• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening

• National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
