SRG Global is a specialist industrial asset maintenance provider. We work on large, high-profile projects across New Zealand—from critical infrastructure and bridges to major industrial plants. Our teams operate across a broad range of sectors including dairy, power generation, mining, oil & gas, and infrastructure.

We are currently looking for experienced, trade-qualified Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to join our team for a major new contract across Hamilton and the wider Waikato Region.

The Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding, high-spec work platforms, and temporary access structures supporting critical industrial maintenance and plant operations.

Key tasks include:

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding to provide safe work platforms on heavy industrial and asset maintenance sites.

• Safe manual handling of components, loading/unloading equipment, and site housekeeping.

• Ensuring 100% compliance of all scaffolding structures with strict safety standards.

• Completing relevant site documentation and pre-task risk assessments as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualifications: A valid New Zealand Scaffolding Certificate of Competence (Intermediate or Advanced level is essential).

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar industrial or heavy commercial role. Leadership experience is highly desirable.

• Safety-First Mindset: Proven, practical application of strict health and safety protocols.

• Skills: Excellent team player with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to manage demanding priorities.

• Licence: Full New Zealand driver’s licence and reliable transport.
