About the Role

Reporting to the Surface Mining Training Superintendent, you'll coordinate Macmahon's Graduate and Vacation Programs, partnering with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional participant experiences and support the development of future mining professionals.

• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Graduate and Vacation Programs

• Support attraction, assessment and onboarding

• Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning and development opportunities

• Develop reporting, communications and program documentation

• Analyse program performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Support training compliance, funding and reporting requirements

• Build strong relationships across Operations, Recruitment, Mobilisation and Training

What You’ll Bring

• Experience coordinating programs or projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation abilities

• Analytical mindset with experience improving processes and outcomes

• Microsoft 365 capability, including SharePoint, Lists and Power Automate

• Experience developing workflows, forms and reporting solutions

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Highly Regarded

• Mining, resources or construction experience

• Graduate, Vacation or Early Careers program experience

• Government-funded training program experience

• SuccessFactors experience
