Electrician

Licensed electricians keeping mine sites powered: fixed plant, high voltage, mobile plant, underground, auto electrical and instrumentation (E&I).

What it involves: Fault finding, installation and planned maintenance on everything from crushers and conveyors to haul-truck electrical systems, often as part of a maintenance or shutdown crew.

Typical requirements: An electrical licence recognised in the country you'll work in. High-voltage, underground and instrumentation roles usually ask for extra tickets or experience on top.
