The Workshop undertakes a range of tasks to manage Macmahon’s fleet of mobile equipment, as well as maintenance projects for external clients. The workshop is undercover and houses the rebuild workshop, quarantine, sandblast and paint shop, component workshop and warehouse store.

About the Role

Macmahon is seeking an experienced HSEQT Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract. Based at our Perth workshop, you'll provide administrative support across health, safety, environment, quality and training functions, working closely with leaders and employees to maintain compliance and support a positive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE and training databases and records

• Enter and manage safety, training and compliance data

• Compile reports and support KPI tracking

• Maintain employee training and competency records

• Coordinate PPE ordering and inventory requirements

• Assist with safety meetings, toolbox talks and training administration

• Support HSEQT reporting and compliance activities

• Provide general administrative support to workshop leaders and the HSEQT team

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in an HSE, training, compliance or administration role

• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

• A proactive approach and commitment to safety and teamwork

Role Details

• Location: Macmahon Workshop - Perth (Near T2)

• Roster: Monday to Friday (5:2)

• Employment Type: Fixed-Term Maternity Leave Contract
